Although last evening we came up a bit short, I consider it a testament to
the tenacity and perseverance of people who have "Had Enough". We
showed that with a lot of heart we could make a big impact and we did.
I would like to thank each and everyone of you for putting your heart and
soul into this effort.
Thanks to the Bayshore Tea Party, The Jersey Shore Tea Party, NJ Right to
Life, New Jersey FairTax, Campaign for Liberty, CWA, the Henderson, Elam,
Kehoe, Barnes, Walker, Measley, Danley & Gonzalez families, along with Gary,
Phil, Dan, Paul, Gene, John, Elaine, Sean, Toni, Pat, Joe and so many
others, we showed the doubters that there are plenty of Americans who care
deeply about our nation and the direction we are heading. The elitists can
ignore us all they want, but it will be at their own peril.
I spoke to Scott Sipprelle last evening and congratulated him on his
victory. One thing I am most proud of is during the campaign Scott and I
stuck to the issues. There were no cheap shots or name calling. And much of
that credit goes to you. I am extremely grateful for the way our volunteers
conducted our campaign. I offered to assist Scott in any way I can and hope
you will do the same. Remember the bottom line is this, Rush Holt must go!
